COMMON QUESTIONS
Can I keep selling on Shopify?
Checkout and catalog sales happen on Drape. Drive traffic from your website with deep links, product QR codes, and our website widget — shoppers complete purchases on your Drape storefront.
Can I import my catalog from Shopify?
Yes. The brand portal already supports CSV catalog import — the same path a Shopify pull uses. Native Shopify catalog sync (products, variants, images, and inventory into Drape) is a Premium integration we can scope on request. Checkout still happens on Drape, not on Shopify.
When can I start selling?
After your application is approved and you complete brand portal setup — including Stripe Connect for payouts. Freemium includes Connect so you can go live without a subscription.
What does approval involve?
We review your brand story, category fit, and sample product. Most applications hear back within a few business days.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
Start on Freemium after approval. Basic and Premium are monthly subscriptions you can manage from the brand portal — no long-term contract. Platform fee applies only when an order is paid.
